It can meet the strictest flame retardant standard. b.Due to its special design of particle size distribution, 8002 especially can be applied to high-end application area, such as ultrathin flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL), FFC insulating film, FFC reinforcement plate and epoxy resin copper clad laminate (CCL), which require halogen-free flame retardant, and have high requirement to various of electrical properties and thermal stability. c.8002 can be added individually, also can be use simultaneously with other halogen-free flame retardants and inorganic filler, to get higher halogen-free flame retardant effect and better integrated performance of electricity, machining, heat resistance and so on.
